Sylvia Bailey – Manufacturing Manager

Sylvia Bailey serves as Fawn Electronics’ Manufacturing Manager. She originally joined Fawn Plastics in 1976 as a production operator. She transferred in 1980 when the electronics operation was first started. Over the years she has been a quality assurance team leader, a trainer for both employees and suppliers, a customer service representative and a supplier liaison. She has completed a number of industry training courses. She is an ISO 9000 auditor and holds several other training-related certifications.

During her tenure she has supported a range of key improvement initiatives within the Company including its initial ISO 9000 certification effort and subsequent re-certifications, a transition to RoHS-compliant manufacturing and implementation of Lean manufacturing principles.
