Fawn has both a robust project transition
process and a sustaining program management team.
The project transition process is driven by the
Project Engineering Manager who coordinates efforts between purchasing,
planning, documentation control, manufacturing and customer service,
and the customer to ensure early identification
of potential issues before they impact the project launch schedule.
Sustaining program management is handled by a Customer
Service Representative (CSR). The CSR serves as the key point of
contact for the project and works with Fawn’s engineering,
manufacturing, purchasing and planning teams, and the customer to
support key project goals.
